As principals of ValueTec Financial Equipment, LLC, we have been in the ATM maintenance business for more than 20 years. As former key management with FiSource, Inc., we managed more than 100 employees and maintained more than 1000 ATMs. This represented more than 500 financial institutions scattered across seven states. We have managed a 10 million dollar company including all aspects of ATM maintenance. Most financial institutions in Colorado know Alan, Chuck and Christen Womack. Our knowledge and relationships with suppliers, technicians, and manufacturers provide us with exceptional depth and the ability to recruit and adapt quickly to meet customer expectations. Our experience and capabilities are second to none within the industry. We are an authorized NCR reseller and provide and have support agreements in place with Diebold as well. After leaving FiSource, Inc. in 2006 because of the company’s sale, we started ValueTec Financial Equipment LLC as an ATM parts company. In January 2009, we expanded into the ATM maintenance and conventional equipment maintenance for financial institutions, as well as product sales. Based upon market conditions we saw a need for a quality service and maintenance provider to fill the void left by the large national companies. Ownership consists of Alan Womack - Director of Operations, Chuck Womack – Director of Logistics, Procurement and Sales, and Christen Womack – Chief Financial Officer.
